All sessions are currently offered virtually across Ontario in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Individual Therapy

Couples Therapy
Relationships are rewarding—but also complicated. Couples therapy helps partners step out of old cycles and build healthier ways of communicating and connecting.
Drawing on Gottman Method Couples Therapy, sessions focus on:
- Improving communication and reducing conflict
- Building trust and emotional intimacy
- Learning tools for repair after disagreements
- Rebuilding connection and partnership

Cancellation Policy
24 hours’ notice is required. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the session fee.
Insurance
At this time, services are private pay only. A receipt will be provided for you to submit to your insurance if applicable.
